      He is almost certain to be the Republican candidate for president. Ignore your enemy at your peril because he could be president and it won’t be possible to ignore him then.

        There’s a line between “keeping an eye on your enemy” and giving them a free permanent platform and we keep doing the latter. His whole strategy is saying deranged, reactionary things just to stay on the front page rent free and this is playing into that. This is a man who lies constantly, doesn’t believe in what he says, and will either forget about it a week later or deny it.

      Are you worried this will bring more support to him?

      I feel that the more people know about him then the less they will support him/the more will go out to vote against him

        He was the president, everyone knows him. I’m saying stop giving him a platform and focus on things about him that do matter that aren’t under his control that don’t play into his playbook.

            By his loyal followers? I’m well aware. But I’m also aware that normalizing this kind of speech in the media by blasting it constantly has shifted Americans’ views on what kind of rhetoric is acceptable in this political climate.
