it’s weird that they’re doing an actual layoff here. i thought meta was a big stack ranker so they’d basically fire everyone who gets bottom marks and it’s done on a curve so they’d set it to whatever they want. I guess it must be easier in some countries to do it as a layoff than firing people individually.
