This makes no sense because Trump himself was a vaxxer and big believer in covid. He’s doing this for the base and not because he believes it’s a good thing.
Trump is old enough to remember polio, plus when the vaccines started coming out his line was “I cut all the red tape to get this out faster.” I guess his attempts to push back on his base on this one can be chalked up to a failure.
