Yeah, it’s a bit concerning both for our own safety, our neighbours, and hers, she’s clearly not mentally sound and no one is helping her. It’s frustrating that we have to wait for an incident or a threat before the police will do anything.
Help is scarce for those who fall through the cracks; getting my mum help for schizophrenia back in 2011 was like pulling teeth, and I can’t imagine how bad it is now. I called the CAT team to come over and she bloody masked and was totally fine and lucid. As soon as they left she was back to muttering to herself about hell and demons, and doing jogging laps around the house (among other, more traumatising incidents). Took 3 goes before she couldnt mask in front of them lol I was 19 and mum was 39. I look back and idk how I survived tbh
It’s hard to get help to those who need it most, when they don’t believe they need help at all. Keep an eye out for this lady, note down any times you see her/think you hear her. And make sure everything is locked up. Not trying to scare you, but you wont be able to reason with someone not in their right mind. Be prepared to call your local police station/000 if you feel unsafe or threatened; at the very least it will serve as a record of incidents so hopefully this lady can get help before anything major happens to her, you, or your neighbours.
That can be quite scary to deal with. People need help and you’re not wrong/bad to be freaked out.

Sending good vibes and calm thoughts 💜
Wow that must have been so truly awful for you to go through. I’m so sorry that happened.
Thank you for such sound advice, she has just left again, so I will keep an eye on things and note down that she stayed for as long as she did.
