Yeah, the surprise ending was amazing the first time I saw it, and it’s still satisfying now after all these years.

2+2=4 should be at most A tier. While it may be a classic, it’s not as satisfying as the other S tiers. Don’t let nostalgia cloud your decisions.

You are objectively wrong. 7+9 and 7+8 are god tier sums, how could you even categorise them in anything below S tier, that is literally treason. Actual fucking dumbass, your opinions are wrong and you should feel bad.

Fucking math hipsters. The f(x) mod 10 = {0, 5} answers are classics for a reason. Get your head out of your ass. Sure 7+9 is a good niche answer, but it just doesn’t have as satisfying a resolution.

You’re wrong. You’re so wrong. The warm light of everything good in this world has clearly never warmed your face nor caused the roaches to flee from the empty, echoing cavern that holds not but rot, mold, and regret where a brain is sorely missed. I pity you, your parents that birthed you, and all of humanity at large for now knowing a person could be so misguided. I pray for your strength on the inventible day when the faintest candle of reason illuminates the vaguest shadows of comprehension, and you may finally witness your errors, so long called accomplishments, as they loom over you like demon gods eager to drag you to hell in a cage you’ve spent a lifetime creating for yourself.

      7+9 is dope though.

3+5=8 is B tier at best, and probably lower. 3+5=8 is just such trash most of the time, with the sole exceptions of those rare cases where it comes in clutch being the only thing that saves it from the actual dumpster.

I dunno, having two primes sum to a power of two is undeniably powerful in my experience. The number of times a calculation goes from tedious to trivial from this sum is incalculable. The lowest I’d put it is A.

Nah. 9+1 is satisfying cause 9 is almost there and the 1 completes it. 7+3 is premium because they’re both odd numbers resulting in a nice number. 8+2 is just really meh and nothing special

All the 15s go straight to S because of cribbage. Fr we need more cribbage in math classes.

I’m actually pretty good at mental math and I credit playing cribbage as a kid with my grandfather.

Also fitting that there is no 19 in this tier list.

Why are all x+9 different tiers? They are all really similar so there is no matter for the tier to vary so much(from C)

I dont think a lot of the stuff in the highest tiers deserve their spots. Excluding 3+5 and 4+3, the sums that result less than 11 are boring. The sums that result 10 are especially bad and 5+5 is the worst

Also, 8+7 is objectively S tier
