Yes exactly. Just one whole choc ripple biscuit in the patty pan. Put the mousse on top. Put it in the fridge and the fridge softens the biscuit a bit so it’s not hard. When I make the normal size cake I’ll do the proper biscuit base.

So did you do the choc ripple bikkies instead of blitzing the generic. choc biscuits and mixing with melted butter?

This sounds excellent! I don’t have a food processor plus this saves cleaning one thing.
