Seems like there needs to be some kind of automatic system to catch that sort of thing.
Oh, there are, but in this case the volume was a lot.
Why would an automated system have a limit on how much content it could catch? That seems like the very kind of activity it would be designed to block since it does not at all resemble human behavior.
It’s not a limit on how much it can catch, it’s a limit on how fast it can process it.
