Honestly, probably not that hard. In the industrialized world no nation can survive on its own. Most decolonization advocates I’ve heard argue for a sort of confederation. Turns out this is a bit of a rabbit hole! Despite that flag being used by the Free Nations of PostRussia Forum, I’ve not been able to find the exact version of the flag they use. From this image, I’ve been able to get the name of the proposed nation - Соедененные Штаты Сибири, which translates to the United States of Syberia. I have been unable to find any English, non fictional sources in English, but I have found one in Russian (though hosted on a server in the US), here. Quotes (translated by google translate, with some editorial oversight by me):

It’s solely their lack of European-ness that causes their evil. It’s unfortunate, but sadly, they just require a bit of civilising from the garden.
