Israel has a lot of ex-soviet people repatriating, a lot of jewish people became famous in ex-soviet spaces, states are closely connected by family lines etc. Russian partner and a supplier of drones Iran hates Israel, so the messaging in their news is a bit confusing; the same information only leaves Ukraine more sure they are all bits of one chain and more or less sides with Israel. Maybe they compare the formation of Israel and wars to hold that territory to gaining their own independence and see their neighbors repeatedly attacking them in a parallel with what they lived through in the last years. I’m not a ukrainian so I won’t be able to tell, but in some communities I frequent HAMAS is indeed compared to russian MoD by users and many posts are pro-Israel.

There’s literally no significance to what any of these nations think as they aren’t significantly affecting that situation as they are too occupied themselves. It’s probably a way to take a bite at ukrainians’s image. I don’t know why it’s relevant, just an interesting gimmick.

+Not to be empty-mouthed, from the second page of top-of-the-year filtering: https://old.reddit.cum/comments/17p1qur Many ex-soviet citizens dislike protest for Palestine. That view has many reasons I’m too tired to discuss.
