I think that one’s quietly being shelved as well. With the budget shortfall there’s no way it could get funded.
Didn’t they sign the construction contracts in November? That it’s not like the budget issue sneaked up on them.
I just checked and it doesn’t look like any contracts have been awarded yet. My tip is than none will be.
