  • Anecdotal evidence I have noticed of late.

I came down with covid a month ago. It resolved within a week to ten days, oof that fever and headache.

A friend 300km away had his house down with it a week later. Their dog then started displaying respiratory virus symptoms. I have not visited these folks in almost 2yrs.

My ex has cats who live 100km in the other direction. They are sneezing and have goopy eyes now too.

I moved two weeks ago. This is the only time my cat has experienced the outdoors in years. As she was carried to the car / new place.

She is now exhibiting respiratory virus symptoms.

All anecdoatal, far too small sample size, and it could be the stress of the move reignited something else for her… But i have noticed the odd seeming frequency of overlap with canine and feline respiratory issues, and people, of late.

  • Also to actually elaborate on OPs question because i got distracted replying to replies.

Wear the same boxers for a few days. How do they smell? Wear the same jeans for a few days. Compare.

As a dude, I can tell you, for me they do not. But that going commando reduces my lifespan for clothes without washing.

Also, bidet user, ftr Edit - and aaaalso, i was married, and lmty, there is definitely a gender gap here.

Duuuuude, or dudette. Let me tell you a story.

One about people with certain waist ratios, and heavy manual labour, and what all that motion can do to underwear.

I recently moved houses, and for the first time ever (after decades of experience), chose to forgo undies and go commando in sweatpants for this recent ordeal.

Boy howdy. Let me tell you all the ways it was awesome. Sweat induced induction to asscrack, is but one of them. But likely the most important, the Knock-on ride-up effect. Also gone.

If edibles hit you, then yeah likely a good time. Same goes for the nano mist things.

But if edibles dont. At best you will spend $20 to get sleepy.

Edibles dont hit me, but i definitely felt the 15 minute window on drinks and nano mist if I have enough really fast.

Edit, infact, if edibles did it for me, i would probably live off of seltzers 😆
