I’m a contractor for uscis. We were ordered to change all instances of the word ‘immigrant’ to ‘alien’. We said ok and shrugged because our systems actually use the word ‘person’. They didn’t say anything about that and we didn’t ask
Was just worrying about this with my spouse

I contract for uscis. It’s fully distributed, there’s no way to enforce this without crippling the agency. So it would hobble the mass deportation plan. Very curious how this might turn out
Planned parenthood will do it. My ex-husband git his done there and it was very easy and cheap
I straight up walked out of a date once bc someone tried to hide voting for trump
Big facts. My friend is an ob/gyn. We’re in NC, on paper we don’t have a total ban but in practice it amounts to one. He’s currently commuting to VA to work because he doesn’t want to get sued, prosecuted, or watch patients almost die before he can treat them. shakes head
pops a lactaid you sonofabitch, I’m in
‘EXEMPT’. there’s no cap on salaried employees
My 5yo approves this message
The fact that you call them ‘females’ might suggest they wouldn’t discuss it around you. I can assure you the women in my circles are worried sick
If he brings his gun in the bathroom does he ever sanitize it? 🤔
Planned parenthood does them cheap! Source, my ex in a red state got his done at Planned parenthood
You are a warrior my friend 🧡
I did try, they were like ‘we don’t have anything here’ and then it was down to ‘soo do you want to keep this appointment or try again next month?’ And I had a sitter with the kid and had taken off work so I sucked it up. Like they always expect you to. The next time I went so far as to talk to another Dr in the practice but I kept being told over and over it wasn’t done and isn’t necessary. Definitely check out the podcast ‘the retrievals’ to learn more about how women’s pain is treated in ob/gyn
Personally I’ve had numerous cervical biopsies (as in they cut chunks out of you with the devil’s scissors) and the standard of care is no numbing agent or pain medication of any kind. The dr said to give a yell if I was going to faint bc that happens a lot. I asked why I couldn’t have something and they were like, ‘dunno. We just don’t do that’
There was a documented case of a nurse stealing pain medication and injecting women with saline to cover for it and it took years for her to be caught because no one believed the women who said they were in pain. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.nytimes.com/2023/06/22/podcasts/serial-the-retrievals-yale-fertility-clinic.html&ved=2ahUKEwi1n93Yip2FAxWONlkFHStzA7wQFnoECAUQAQ&usg=AOvVaw23_e6wsBLQ7jybQBvuJOvI
He’s got nice legs, tho
Well we’re in agreement about seeing the things he does online and finding them stressful
