Happily, this had no effect on people who don’t have Twitter accounts, which really is the best response to all these changes.
Aren’t those channels just randos reading Reddit posts for views? They’re not officially tied to the subreddit or anything.
Which is to say, be the change you want to see.
This post is reminding me how much Lemmy needs a “I’m done with this post, please don’t show it on my feed anymore” option.
Don’t post anything to the internet that you don’t want to exist forever.
I’ve watched flat earthers conduct foolproof experiments to prove the earth is flat, then come up with excuses when their experiment fails.
