  • Can’t say I do. I just muddle through. Prioritize. House a mess. Well to bad at least the bills are paid on time. I make it a point to get one thing done each workday that is not a daily activity (so like making food does not count but clearing dishes out of the sink into the dishwasher or laundry do). then on weekends I try to get get more major things done starting with the most important. Bills due soonest and such. It does not help that businesses have more restrictive hours than ever to talk with someone.

  • yeah its a short hand for a collection of trends. Of course everyone is different but people of similar ages will have more in common with each other. Because of baby boom people born around that time had an outside effect on the country and generations were talked about more. I mean hippies, yuppies, and even maga now. What can you point to for Xers? clerks. How about millenials and Y? That outsized effect is what made it more a thing.

  • apparently my high school epitomed the Xer slacker stereotype for the middle of it… They have these signs along the fence listing accolades and awards for different teams and clubs. There is this gap that goes between the late seventies and the early nineties. Outside of that there is something for like every year. Then I know for my year there was a half hearted attempt at a 25yr reunion I think from pressure from administration to some of the folks who had been student council or such. Anyway it imploded likely cause folks like me said they would not go.
