Now, I shortened it to just a few essentials that I do for ~30 secs each
- Bound Angle
- Seated cross shin
- saddle (quads)
- downward dog (calf)
- sphinx (ab)
- frog (inner thigh)
- standing toe touch (hamstring & back)
