Trumpism may define the Republican Party. But it definitely doesn’t define election results—even in supposedly red states.
Just ask Kentucky Republican Attorney General and gubernatorial candidate Daniel Cameron.

More of you will just stay home in protest.
Nah. We know that won’t work in a two-party, winner-take-all system.
Worked great for Hillary. You going to tell my your fellow democrats voted in Trump?
A lot has happened since Hillary. We all know what Trump entails now.
Be prepared for disappointment.
There are plenty of never-Trump Republicans out there who will not show up if Trump wins the nomination.
I really, really, doubt that there are a large number of people who fit that description. I would love to be proven wrong, but it seems like there are orders of magnitude more batshit-crazy christo-fascist racists, than there are moderate republicans.
There are lots of never Trumpers out there. Even more after Jan 6. But, more significantly, lots of Independents detest Trump but would consider voting for a different Republican or a Democrat.
Possibly true for independents, the the “never-teump republicans” you mentioned are unicorns. The republicans are too busy sucking his dick to stop and think whether they should vote for someone else.
