I would’ve recommended the podcast to people just learning about socialism a year or so ago, but these days I’d be worried it would do more harm than good.

Same. I myself stopped listening sometime last year when the podcast became too repetitive and too shallow, and although i check in every now and then to see what the new episodes are about i have not seen any change for the better.
