I can’t imagine how it must be to tiptoe conversations as if you were walking around eggshells just to avoid the other party to feel bad about any imaginary perceived slight
Having worked in tech support, I can say that listening skills are crucial. Sure, being tech savvy is important too, but first you need to listen and maybe even calm the other person down a bit before you can start working on the actual problem. I wonder if medical doctors are like that as well…
