This is not a discussion about if Iraq was better under him or U.S imperialism since it was obviously better under saddam and he shouldn’t have been dethroned. I am asking about your takes on Saddam since some considering him a fascist. I want Your thoughts what what justifies his action to you.
US puppet whose usefulness was up. He attacked Iran and caused immense suffering at the behest of the US and its gulf state puppets. It’s unfortunate, that so many suffered during and after his reign.
Edit: also murdered Qasim to come to power and make Iraq a client state of the US.
