Nah that conversion is only converting to feet, not feet and inches, there are 12 inches in a foot, and that’s just just converting to feet only.
They say 5’ 9” because of you type into google “how tall was Hitler in feet” 5’ 9” is what shows up.
He says it because 1.75m is 5 feet 8.9 in.
