if you look at the timestamps it just doesn’t make any sense. nobody would be that committed to bidding on a domain on the first day of the auction. and i really don’t think a liberal is gonna blow $600 just to own us or whatever.

As someone else pointed out the more likely culprit is probably the crypto currency that shares the name “hex bear” that is the reason the domain was already banned in china
