This has taken over a year of my previous property manager being gone and not constantly mowing. We also didn’t even need to spread seed we just stopped mowing and this is how it is naturally now.
A friend gave me a pound bag of clover seed that I’ve sprinkled over patches of dirt at the house. It doesn’t look at good as yours, but it’s better than dirt and dandelions
