We know the CIA was there, because even the NYT reported on it (because they tried to drum up sympathy because those guys might be in danger from Putin boo-hoo)
I’ve talked to a troop who proudly talked about being there in like 2021 lol. I’m just like “thanks, but I don’t think you’re supposed to be telling me this are you?” (I didn’t actually say that)
Probably from before the war in Ukraine if they’re openly admitting it.

There’s video of NATO troops in caravans of tanks just rolling around Ukraine. So lots, I imagine.
