Now that is a substantial amount of users on here now (from a particular source that looks awfully like Lemmy but is very corporate ewww). What are some tips and tricks for using lemmy or the fediverse in general to help those new users to get accustomed to this platform?
For the fastest moving frontpage, sort by “New Comments”. You can set your frontpage’s default sort and list in settings.
And in settings, either just select all, or select “Undetermined” and the languages you can understand. To multi-select in that list, you need to hold “Ctrl” while clicking on them. Hold “Shift” and click on the top, then scroll down to the bottom and click on that, to select all languages. Seriously that UI element need improvements.
