Greens are in other elections besides presidential:
Californians have elected 55 of the 226 office-holding Greens nationwide. Other states with high numbers of Green elected officials include Pennsylvania (31), Wisconsin (23), Massachusetts (18) and Maine (17). Maine has the highest per capita number of Green elected officials in the country and the largest Green registration percentage with more than 29,273 Greens comprising 2.95% of the electorate as of November 2006.[68] Madison, Wisconsin is the city with the most Green elected officials (8), followed by Portland, Maine (7).
Ah, well you should check out your source because it doesn’t agree with the numbers you posted. Though it’s possible I’m misreading the numbers from wiki.
The Green Party’s membership encompasses the fourth-highest percentage of registered voters in the United States, with a total membership of 234,120.[71] The Green Party has its strongest popular support on the Pacific Coast, Upper Great Lakes, and Northeast, as reflected in the geographical distribution of Green candidates elected.[72] As of June 2007, Californians have elected 55 of the 226 office-holding Greens nationwide. Other states with high numbers of Green elected officials include Pennsylvania (31), Wisconsin (23), Massachusetts (18) and Maine (17). Maine has the highest per capita number of Green elected officials in the country and the largest Green registration percentage with more than 29,273 Greens comprising 2.95% of the electorate as of November 2006.[73] Madison, Wisconsin is the city with the most Green elected officials (8), followed by Portland, Maine (7).
This is what it is showing me right now.
What is Wikipedia showing you? I’m looking at the page right now as I type this and just cut and pasted that
I don’t have a horse in this race, but 2007 seems a little outdated, and there even is a wiki page for this exact topic, maybe you could use this for future discussions.

That is more updated. I’ll try using that in the future. Thank you!
EDIT: LOL at the downvotes of a comment saying I’ll use the most updated info from the user that helped. :)
