I know it’s hyperbole, but reading that was actually more inspiring than anything ever said to me by a neurotypical trying to motivate me.
I’ll add another quip:
“Watch me swindle my way up an IT-career using nothing but my brain, a search engine and the power of spite.”
I wasn’t planning to habitually manipulate people and becoming an actual conman. /j
I don’t think that’s the point of the book, but sure it can be used like that if you’re a psycho with no empathy for others, but then again, most things are like that.
