I think “unfairly treated” depends on what it is you posted or said, and what your employer does. If an employer took action against someone for posting “Trump 2024!” or “Biden 2024” then that should be covered. If they posted kill all white people or kill all black people then I don’t think this would be covered.
That’s quite a commitment, I wonder how he intends to fund that? Are those kinds of legal battles slam dunks as long as you have the money to go to trial?
