The first Chinese immigrants started coming to America in large amounts as early as 1820, he could for all intensive purposes be a “naturalized” white American/Canadian citizen, at around the third generation, most immigrant families lose the vast majority of connection and support to their home country their family is originally from

        True, but in their mind there is little to no alternative.

        Plus Asians have for a long time been the “model minority”, meaning it’s easier to sweep their discrimination under the rug. Unlike black Americans or Native Americans.
