The “suicide help” note bullshit was definitely introduced to try to present Reddit as not being that bad of a toxic cesspool, but they ended up fucking that up too.
I was thinking it’s legit in the beginning, but then I started receiving it about 10 times a week and it was always random people who were concerned and reached reddit, it started shortly after Russians entered Ukraine.
