    They always find a way to use terms other than “South China Sea” & “East China Sea.”

    Suprisingly, at this moment NATOpedia is calling a spade a spade:

    A CV-22B Osprey assigned to the US Air Force’s 353rd Special Operations Wing crashed into the East China Sea approximately one kilometer (0.6 mile) off Yakushima Island, Japan on 29 November 2023, killing at least one airman.

      Maybe that’s seen as to wordy for a title? Blank China Sea is a mouthful in what’s supposed to be a short sentence. I don’t know, I’m being generous.

      But saying “Japan Island” instead of “Japanese Island” is comical.
