      As I’ve grown older, there’s an important lesson I’ve learned. Never pass on who you want to see today. You’ll never know who will die or what band will break up. When they are in your city, go see them.

        Absolutely! I’ve been pretty stingy with concert tickets but I realized that I really cherish whenever I see someone live that I like and it’s a good investment for my mental health, not the same as spending 80 bucks partying. Will have seen 6 bands this year and so far have thoroughly loved every concert.

    Unplugged in New York was one of the 3 CDs I was able to stealthily buy without my wackjob Christian parents finding out. I had to hide it in the “Jars of Clay” jewel case, and only ever listen using headphones.

    The recording from that performance is, as far as I am concerned, the correct, definitive, version of the song.
