Which games are you looking forward to in August?
Thanks for listing the games! YouTubers and their video formats are definitely not for me 😅
GigaBash stands out in that list for me, it looks really fun and I like kaiju games.
I got Blasphemous I in a sale a short time ago but I think I’ve only played a few minutes. It’s good, but I need to get into it. I think this was shortly before TotK came out, so it didn’t get a chance! I might consider the sequel once I get around to playing the first one,
Hey, just wanted to say thanks for posting this and for transcribing the game list. This is exactly the kind of thing where a video is worse than just a list in plaintext imo! :)
Thanks!
I’ll be getting it on PC, but I’m super stoked for Sea of Stars
If you have a PS or XBox, it’s coming day 1 to PS+ and Gamepass.
I think Trine 5 comes out at the end of August too.
I already pre-bought brotato, which comes out on the 3rd of August, really looking forward to be able to play it on my switch as well :)
Ah, is it that Vampire Survivors kind of game? It has “overwhelmingly positive” rating on Steam, nice!
Kind of, just that it’s going in short bursts, and has more of a autochess way of upgrading weapons. It’s also nice since each run is around 20 min, feels a bit more strategic and chaotic, and there are a load of characters :)
Okay. Thanks for the feedback!
Sea of Stars hopefully is good. I can’t wait!
Yeah, the game looks great. Looking forward to it.
It could tingle that rare Golden Sun vibe.
I haven’t actually played Golden Sun, but it gives that nostalgic JRPG feel. And I loved how polished their previous game felt, The Messenger.
